Speaking of his early days, "Not all of us are born with a golden spoon. I faced external, internal, and other obstacles. One of the biggest obstacles was just because I had no support, no one took me seriously. Therefore, it is not easy to achieve success even if you have a clear vision of the future."

Syed is also a very generous entrepreneur who loves to train others around him to bring them upto speed with the requirements. He trains his team on one-to-one basis, showing everyone the significance of communication, leadership and teamwork. His motto in life is "to not just promise but show results."
