How do you feel having received Mid Day Gaurav ICONS Awards 2021?

I feel really privileged and honoured to receive this prestigious award. I would sincerely like to thank the Mid-day Group, for acknowledging my team's, Channel partners/ Business associates, Customer's hard, sincere and dedicated work during the pandemic.

Thank you once again, such awards, drive and motivate us to serve the society and country even when situations are not in our favour.

How did you begin your business journey and where it has reached now?

I would like to share with you that when I started the Logistics Business- It was totally unprofessional not only for Market but even candidates were not interested to join this Industry. Customers were treating the industry personnel in a very down way. But for the Premium segment - it will not be wrong if I will say that we as a company changed the people/ society and country perception n behaviour towards the Industry people.

Now we did such hard work and changed unprofessional attitude of society into professional one even now that Indian Government is taking initiative to develop the industry and has recognized the industry as Infrastructure category. Now a days, Professional Institutes have included Logistics as one of the stream of their syllabus.

Today I feel very honour when I am analysing my customers Cap- Sampark India has not only captured almost 70- 80% all Automotive OEM companies/ Customers but even blue chip Companies/customers also and we are proudly serving to them through all segments like Air, Train, Surface, Warehousing, Packing, International Logistic, Milk Run, Project Cargo, ODC etc.

Currently where your business stands in the market?

We are on top 3 for premium segment category Logistics Service providers and for other segments- we are growing rapidly along with Hi-Tech technology. Very soon you will see that we will touch one of the top ranks in growing categories also.

What was the strategy to during Covid lockdown and post it?

• First of all, we provided training to all employees so that they can take all necessary precautions to save themselves and society.
• We provided medical insurance to employee's families so that fear of working during Covid can be minimized.
• We provided Hygienic guest house facilities to field employees and transportation facilities to all employees.
• We provided Hygenic work environment to all employees.
• We introduced premium segment hygienic services- Fogging Machine so that pickups and deliveries could be on safe zone.
• We have given extra salary and bonus benefits to all employees.

Post Covid Strategy-

• We beard the Vaccination cost of all employees and for their families.
• We have given reward and extra benefit to good performers.
• We all are following required protocols for Covid.

What is your Success Mantra?

Dream big and focus on goals that would help "overcome obstacles." Remember there is no substitute for hard work. Have confidence and believe in your team and yourself!

What are your future business plans?

I am planning to expand my service network as Domestic as well as in international market also. We are planning to launch Digitalized well equipped Warehouse and to minimize cost - we are very soon coming with a new product that is Branch On Wheels.

What are your goals in life? (It could be your goal/a goal for your business)

Our main goal is to launch IPO in 2023 and Increase a market share with maintaining of the service level n goodwill.

Any message that you would like to give?

My heartly congratulations to Indian Government who is helping to grow this Industry. "Desh Ki Logistics Udan"- this will be the appropriate slogan. We have to more work hard with the energetic and positive approach so that we can touch the sky. Accept failures and always have a positive attitude.
