Robby Clark is the founder of SID Developments, a real estate company dedicated to creating value in cities across Ontario. In addition to his real estate company, Robby also runs eFresh Meals, a meal prep company, Lawn Care Alert, a landscaping company & several other businesses. Even though Robby is very young, he's got quite a lot of experience running several businesses. And, he strives to encourage all aspiring entrepreneurs not to wait for the perfect moment, but to start working on their business immediately.

Robby's path to success wasn't easy. At the age of 21, Robby went bankrupt after years of success pulling in seven figures as a teen actor. His first business, a healthy vending machine began his entrepreneurial journey 9 years ago. He's since moved on from this venture & is now purchasing upwards of $4 million in real estate per week.

Robby's real-estate model is focused on investing in communities that need it most. In addition to stimulating under-financed cities through the purchase and renovation of residential homes, Robby provides Millennials with financial education for free. He frequently posts educational videos and motivational photos on his Instagram, hoping they will set aspiring entrepreneurs on the right path.

Robby Clark outlines his business & investment strategies for success. SID Developments focuses on areas across Ontario with high cap rates and low vacancy. Robby and his team search for underutilized or depressed properties that can be purchased far under the build price. As a result, Robby is able to invest more in renovations and completely transform the properties.

It may not make much sense to some people that Robby invests in a market that has been flat for years. But, as Robby points out, this strategy comes with multiple benefits. "We believe that all stable environments in developed nations must have real estate prices that match or surpass the cost of building to sustain a middle-class lifestyle to the benefit of homeowners and renters. It takes the redevelopment of existing housing in order to drive up demand and allow developers to re-enter a city & homeowners to make much needed improvements," Robby explains. "We stimulate cities at scale through the purchase and renovation of hundreds of homes."

When asked about his plans for the future, Robby pointed to his enormous short-term which requires him to stay focused in the now. "Nothing is impossible if you work hard for it. So far, SID Developments has managed to provide value in numerous communities across Ontario Canada. I have no doubts that our dedication will take us even further from where we are now."

When asked how he would advise all those who are dreaming of starting a business but are afraid to take the first step, Robby said the following:

"Start small, but right away. When you start small, you're more likely to overcome the difficulties & challenges that may discourage people. You can always scale up if it turns out that your problems are too easy and not challenging enough. There's no shortage of problems in the game of business. You're here to grow and constantly learn." Please remember that Robby Clark is not a financial advisor and invest at your own risk.
