Author Jackie Collins, who is famous for her racy novels, has warned modern women about the perils of giving in too easily to men

"Don't be too easy! " the Daily Mail quoted the 74-year old - nicknamed the Queen of the Bonkbuster, as saying.

"Men like the chase, they do not appreciate to call back the drunken girl who leaps into bed with them the first night.

"Women nowadays need to make men work more. Men are hunters,. If they get something too easy they move on. Like the old saying goes: ‘Easy come, easy go'," she added.

Miss Collins, whose novels include The Stud and The World is Full of Married Men, was speaking at a book signing at Selfridges in London for her 29th novel, The Power Trip.
