Dear Diana,
I am a 20 year-old in love with my 15 year-old new neighbour. I haven't expressed my feelings to her as she's in Class X and busy studying for her board exams which are in March. I am in the final year of college. She is a very nice person and my family, too, likes her a lot.u00a0

I barely get to talk to her as her exams are fast approaching and she's mostly busy studying. I don't wish to come across as a creepy guy who couldn't find someone older. But then, like I said I love her. Are my emotions misguided?

Dear Pritam,
It appears that the family has just shifted and obviously they will be friendly with the new neighbours. Their concern and kindness towards you and your family has made you fall for her. But at this juncture do not tell her anything. She has an important board exam coming up so let her concentrate on her studies. If you tell her what is on your mind, it will affect her studies. Also, you are unaware what is going on in her mind. According to me, it is her studies only. So for now let her be. Wait for a few months; by June she will be in college then you can broach the subject. For now, encourage her to study hard and do well.u00a0
