Comedians from Socially Inept pose with the audience after a gig
Coming to the city today are engineers turned comedians from the USA to - as they outrightly claim - roast the techies of India. So, sit back, and give your brain full of formulae and all things tech, a break. Just bring along your engineering baggage, and witness the stand-up comics of Socially Inept rip it apart with some innocuous roasting. After all, laughter is the best medicine.
Known for their AI-enhanced shows, they will bring their most famous series Tech Roast Show to the country, the motto of which is to celebrate humans and the corporations that run them. After completing hit shows in Hyderabad in September, and three shows in Bengaluru, their last stop will be in Mumbai, where they promise that it will be a night filled with sweet-bitter roasting. Be ready to put your thick engineering skin to test.

Enough with the âhumare zamaane mein'. We GenZers know the tales, and we've relived them with you time and again. We suggest you take your tales to this stand-up comedy night with Amit Tandon, who will relate with you, make fun of your âtimes' and even tell you if he thinks the '80s and '90s were better than the 2000s with justified reasons. Expect conversations over the lost Rs 1,000 note, CDs and DVDs, grandfather clocks, film rolls, and what not. All in all, this show will be a package of nostalgia, a good laugh, and a settled score.
