Abused wife claims her husband, an employee with BPCL, is lying about their divorce
Sneha Chilvant's (32), face bears the scars that her husband Vinodkumar and mother-in-law allegedly inflicted on her.
And she could now be homeless after Vinodkumar (42), sent a notice last month saying she is his ex-wife and not eligible to stay in the Bharat Petroleum Cooperation Limited (BPCL) quarters, which was their marital home.

Sneha was allegedly set on fire in 2003 for not getting enough dowry.
"I didn't file a complaint then, as they said they would support me," said Sneha. She agreed, but soon Vinodkumar moved out. Sneha insists she's still married to Vinodkumar.
Senior Inspector V M Kakade of Dindoshi police station said that while they had received Sneha's complaint letter, they could not intervene in the matter.

They currently occupy two flats of the company in Goregaon.
Sneha has already lost two cases that she had filed of a stay order in separate courts and has herself given the undertaking that she will vacate the flat by October 31."
