Mumbai on Wednesday recorded 112 fresh coronavirus cases that raised the tally of infections to 11,49,347, according to the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation.
As per BMC data, the toll remained unchanged at 19,726, while the count of recoveries reached 11,28,776 after 203 patients were discharged from hospitals during the day.
With a recovery rate of 98.2 per cent, the city currently has 845 active cases.

Of the latest cases, 17 patients were symptomatic and hospitalised. As of now, there are 112 people who are hospitalised in city hospitals, with four on oxygen support, according to BMC.
As many as 7,643 swab samples were tested in the past 24 hours, increasing the total number of tested conducted to 1,82,47,418.
The overall growth rate in the city between September 14 and 20 stood at 0.012 per cent, while the doubling rate was 6,107 days.
