Mumbai: 453 candidates withdraw nominations, 1,729 to contest BMC polls

According to the officials, a total of 11,391 nomination papers were distributed by the civic body for filing nominations for the BMC elections. Of these, 2,516 forms were filed by the deadline of December 30, 2025
