Saquib Nisar does not want to be just another terrorist.

The 20-year-old is cooling heels in the jail for his alleged role in the Delhi blasts but the suspected Indian Mujahideen terrorist has still not given up the hope to be a management executive.

Nisar, who was pursuing Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Manipal University, Sikkim via correspondence, has approached the Delhi High court for an interim bail of 12 days to appear for his third semester examination to be conducted in the Capital. His plea would be heard today.

Nisar's lawyer, in a petition before a bench headed by chief justice A P Shah on Thursday, argued that the allegations against Nisar should not be allowed to violate his right to education.

Nisar has been in police custody ever since his arrest on September 20, last year.

Four others Mohd Saif, Zeeshan Ahmed, Zia-ur Rehman, and Mohd Shakeelu00a0have been named in the chargesheet along with Nisar. The police claims that theyu00a0 were also behind the 2008 serial blasts in Jaipur and Ahmedabad.
