Quizzards gathered in the Electronic City to engage in a battle of wits recently

A national-level quizzing extravaganza was organised by the media trainees of Symbiosis Institute of Media and Communication in Electronic City recently in an endeavour to bring the Nation's finest brains together under one roof to have the most exhilarating quizzing experience of the year.


Master mind: The event was a part of the 75th year birthday
celebrations of Padma Shree S B Mujumdar

The event was an intellectual battlefield where corporate & students fought it out to emerge as the mastermind. The event was a part of the 75th Year Birthday Celebrations of the Visionary Founder -- Chancellor Padma Shree S B Mujumdar. The Lok Ayukta of Karnataka, Justice N Santosh Hegde graced the occasion as the chief guest for the event.

The runners up, Thejaswi Udupa and Ajay Kasargod of Yahoo India took away prizes worth Rs 30,000 while the winners from school of law at Christ University took away prizes worth of Rs 50,000.

There were several audience questions where gift vouchers of Rs 500 each were given away. 'Pratibimb', the theatre club of SIMC performed a play on the life of Padma Shree Dr SB Mujumdar.

In all, it was a great experience for all the quizzards as the event engaged each and every person in a battle of wits.
