Located a stone's throw away from the station, Picardo's is a takeaway joint with snacks displayed in au00a0 glass case, and a single corner table for someone who wants to rest his derriere and grab a quick bite. There are plans to turn the deli into a cafu00e9, and offer pasta options.

They have a tiny range that's prepared on prior order only, and it includes the quaint Boozy Chocolate Cake made from beer and chocolate, and Milk and Melon Seed Cake. Savouries include Chicken Puffs, Chicken Salami Sandwiches, Veg Sandwiches, Chicken and Cheese Croissants and Chicken Sausage Rolls. All the stuff is made in-house and if they've run out of an item you fancy, wait 15 minutes and they'll rustle it up for you.
We tried the Chocolate Chip Muffin (Rs 20) that tasted no different from au00a0 brownie. The Black Forest Cake (Rs 35 for a piece) and Tiramisu (Rs 35 per piece) were delicious, and a steal for the large portion they offered. The rolls and croissants are freshness in every bite. We recommend the Chicken Sausage Roll (Rs 20), and Chicken and Cheese Croissant (Rs 20).
