Considering the bail plea of Bangalore serial blast accused and PDP leader Abdul Nasar Madani, the High court asked the city police to file their objections yesterday.
The court has postponed the hearing for next week after the prosecution asked for more time.
Madani's counsel P Usman had moved the bail petition to the HC after the lower court rejected his bail.

Madani, who has been accused in the Bangalore serial blast case allegedly held meetings with another accused in a farmhouse near Coorg.
Madani was picked up by the Bangalore police after T Naseer revealed that he carried out the terror attack on Madani's behest.
However, Madani said that though he knew Naseer, he was unaware of the blast and had not participated in any meeting prior to the blast, which has been charged by the Bangalore Anti Terrorist Cell.
