That's what Sohrab's father, Adil, told MiD DAY in a brief telephonic interview.
"I'm sure no man would want to attend his ex-fiance's wedding. At least, my son will not," said Adil. "I will attend the wedding if I'm invited, although I have not received an invitation so far."
So, what caused the pair to split up?
"My son decided to marry Sania when he was comfortable with her. But eventually he was ill-at-ease and realised he could not carry on the relationship for long and called off the marriage plans," Adil said. "As a father, I stand by my son's decision."
Sohrab is presently pursuing an MBA in London. "Theu00a0 ongoing IPL is the only reason for his visit. He's an avid fan of the Mumbai Indians team and thought he would come home to take a break from studies and watch the matches with the family," said Mirza.
