Horse carts will be back on the city roads soon. However, one doesn't have to worry, as it won't be used as a mode for commuting but for a cause.
A group of techies from companies in city's ECO SPACE, in association with MiD DAY and Radio One, have started 'Tonga Campaign' to advocate use of public transport.
