Lokayukta raids on one of the seven tainted officials threw up unlikely assets: 300 pairs of brand new trousers and shirts
A Lokayukta raid on a sub-inspector brought the skeletons tumbling out of the cupboard 300 pairs of new trousers and shirts and assets around Rs 1.3 crore.
Ramachandrappa, from the state excise department, was one of the seven officers raided by Lokayukta sleuths. He had joined service as a guard and was promoted to the post of SI.
