Waitress snubs British PM David Cameron when he asked her for two cups of coffee while on holiday
Britain's PM David Cameron prides himself on his 'common touch' but even he might think being asked to serve himself in a local cafe is going a bit far.
UK PM David Cameron and wife Samantha enjoy their coffees
at a cafe in Montevarchi, Italy, after being told to get them himself
When Cameron, who is on holiday in Tuscany, asked waitress Francesca Ariani if she would bring the drinks to a table she snapped that she was too busy, leaving the PM to deliver the cappuccinos.
Ariani said, "I'm so embarrassed. I didn't know it was the British Prime Minister. I'm so sorry if I appeared rude I didn't mean to be. It's just that I was on my own and really busy.
The waitress added, "He paid with a 50 euro note but didn't leave a tip."
Fashion Flop
In the baking heat, Cameron wore a pair of shoes minus a pair of socks.
