Cheryl Cole has reportedly filed for divorce from alleged love rat Ashley on Tuesday. The Girls aloud singer is said to be demanding a 50-50 split of the joint assets shared by herself and and her England and Chelsea footballer husband.

It is also learnt that the X-Factor will revert to her maiden name -- Tweedy -- and that she will leave Britain and move to Los Angeles in a bid to get over her failed four-year marriage.
The singer however is said to be uninterested in her husband's six million pounds a year fortune.
The couple's six million pound mansion in Surrey, their cars and all other assets will be sold off and the spoils shared equally, it is learnt.
Cheryl is also very keen on getting getting custody of their pet chihuahua dogs Coco and Buster, besides taking away half her wedding gifts.
