Dominguez was one of the 14 people ufffd including doctors, pharmacists, trainers and coaches ufffd detained by Spain's civil guard last week as part of a widespread anti-doping probe, dubbed 'Operation Galgo (Greyhound)'.
The 35-year-old Dominguez has spoken for the first time to give her side of events, saying in a questionnaire with Spanish news agency EFE: "Who could believe that I was trafficking doping substances? Of course I've never trafficked doping substances.
"My image and my honour cannot be damaged by throwing around these unfounded accusations about me.
"Up to this point, nobody has told me what evidence they have against me, and what's more, after eight months of investigations, on Thursday morning the civil guard informed me that I was simply a witness in this procedure.
"Who and why was it decided that I go from being a witness to being accused of a crime, when in my house there were no prohibited substances?"
