Badshah is currently busy lighting up stages across North America with his much-talked-about Unfinished USA Tour. He seems to be making most of his concerts by blending electrifying performances with moments of sharp social commentary. One such instance was seen during his recent show in New Jersey, where the rapper added a humorous political twist while performing his famous song. The moment left fans cheering, proving that his songs and shows are about more than just music.
During the New Jersey concert, Badshah was performing the fan-favourite track Tareefan from the Bollywood film Veere Di Wedding when he spontaneously altered one of the song’s hook lines. Singing the original lyrics, “Kinniya Tareefan Chahidi Ae Tenu" (How many compliments do you want), he cleverly switched it to “Kinni Tariff Chahidiye Trump Ko" (How much tariff does Trump want).
