The film, which rode on massive buzz before its release, managed to attract audiences to cinema halls and is still going strong as it approaches ten days in the country. However, it turns out the experience has turned bitter for an internet user who has spoken out about a delayed show and an arrogant response from one of the top theatre in Mumbai.

Moviegoers faces trouble during Mission: Impossible show

The Twitter user shared their ordeal of booking tickets for a late-night show of Mission: Impossible: The Final Reckoning at Inox R-City in Ghatkopar, Mumbai. The movie did not start for 40 minutes past the scheduled time (10:50 p.m.), and the staff kept saying it would start in the next five minutes. Things became even worse when, at 11:30, the theatre management informed them that they could not play the movie due to technical reasons and asked them to request refunds from the websites where they had booked the tickets.
