Bollywood’s versatile actor Divya Dutta has the cutest baby girl named Pari, who entered her life as a foster child. Pari helped the Chhaava actor heal after losing her pet dog Sakhi, and eventually became a part of her family. On Mother’s Day 2025, Divya exclusively speaks to Mid-day about her bond with Pari, and how she takes care of her canine, dealing with anxiety.

Given that Pari was under foster care, Divya says that coming from a different place, one tends to have certain baggage, but everything sorts out with love. She explains, “I did call animal counselors and they told me to talk to her and I think they listen. I pamper her a lot, and I think I know her likes and dislikes, and I make sure that they are catered to and she's looked after.”
