Bollywood actor Aamir Khan has been tested positive for COVID-19, a source close to the actor confirmed the news in an official statement. The actor, who recently quit social media, was last seen attending the special screening of Koi Jaane Na, starring Kunal Kapoor and Amyra Dastur. The actor has a special appearance in the movie, where Aamir was seen shaking the leg with Elisabet Elli AvrRam for the song Harr Funn Maula.

Aamir Khan's spokesperson shared with the media, “Mr Aamir Khan has tested positive for Covid 19. He is at home in self-quarantine, following all the protocols and he’s doing fine. All those who came in contact with him in the recent past should get themselves tested as a precautionary measure. Thank you for all your wishes and concern."
