One franchise after another appears to dominate Ajay Devgn’s calendar. Last week, mid-day reported that the superstar is scheduled to begin filming Drishyam 3 in December (Rules apply in this remake, Oct 8). Now, we have learnt that as soon as it’s a wrap on the crime drama, the actor will kick off Golmaal 5 in March 2026. 

Devgn has apparently begun preliminary prep for Drishyam 3, which will see him reprise his role of Vijay Salgaonkar alongside co-stars Tabu, Shriya Saran, and Rajat Kapoor. A source close to the production told us, “Director Abhishek Pathak wants to ensure that the storytelling is as taut as the first two parts. The team plans to begin shooting in Goa by December and wrap up by March 2026.” Rumours also suggest that Paresh Rawal has joined the cast.
