<p>Meanwhile, 'Shamshera' is based on the pre-independence era and portrays the story of dacoits led by Ranbir Kapoor, whose only motive is to fight against the cruelty of the ruthless antagonist, played by Sanjay Dutt for the sake of the villagers.</p>
