<p>In the video, Alia is seen asking him for parenting advice for her 3-year-old toddler, Raha Kapoor, whom she shares with husband Ranbir Kapoor. In response, Sadhguru explains to her why she shouldn&rsquo;t worry as a parent.</p>
<p>Alia asks, "Your one advice to a parent who's worried if they're being a good parent would be?&rdquo;</p>
<p>An amused <strong><a href="https://www.mid-day.com/lifestyle/culture/photo/in-photos-glimpses-of-sadhgurus-mahashivratri-2026-celebrations-109685/1" target="_blank" rel="none noopener">Sadhguru</a></strong> chuckles and replies, &ldquo;A worried parent is not a good parent.&rdquo; As the audience laughs, Alia tilts her head back and responds, &ldquo;I don't think you can take worry out of it. I think you would admit.&rdquo;</p>
