Anurag Kashyap slams Chiranjeevi Hanuman makers
Hours after the makers announced the AI-generated mythological film Chiranjeevi Hanuman-The Eternal, Indian filmmaker Anurag Kashyap has gone all guns blazing at the makers. He shared a long note bashing Vijay Subramaniam, the founder and group CEO of Collective Artists Network. He slammed the founder who has an image for representing artists, for bypassing the same artiste community to make profits, and keeping them out of the revenue-generating system of the entertainment industry.
Taking to Instagram, Anurag wrote, "Congratulations vijaysubramaniam84. Here is the man heading the lifeatcollectiveartistsnetwork that represents artists, writers, and directors, now producing a film made by Al. So much for looking after and representing the interests of creators. End of the day, all these agencies are only interested in making money off you, and since they choose turkeys after turkeys for you and you`re not making enough for them, they are going all."
