Despite hailing from a film family, Arjun Kapoor has carved his own niche in Bollywood with prolific performances. The actor has been vocal about the emotional times in his life. At his recent appearance at the FICCI Frames event, he opened up about his struggles with obesity and how he coped with the grief of losing his mother before his debut Ishaqzaade.
According to a report by Free Press Journal, he reflected on his lowest moments during the pandemic and said, “COVID gave me a moment of realisation. I started therapy because I realized I hadn’t taken care of myself for ten years. You think a sorted person doesn’t need help. But even the strongest ones are sometimes messed up in their heads.”
