Ayushmann Khurrana, Rashmika Mandanna, and Nawazuddin Siddiqui are gearing up for the release of their film Thamma, which will hit the big screens this Diwali. The horror comedy comes from the universe that created the blockbuster films Stree and Bhediya. Ahead of the film’s release, Ayushmann spoke about how Thamma differs from the recent Malayalam blockbuster Lokah: Chapter 1 – Chandra. Both films feature spooky elements of vampire drama.
In a chat with Galatta Plus, Ayushmann was asked about how Thamma differs from the Malayalam hit film Lokah, produced by Dulquer Salmaan. Answering the question, Khurrana said, “We are high on comedy.”
