Bhumi Pednekar is an actress who has made waves for her appearance right from her debut film. In her first Hindi film, Dum Laga Ke Haisha, which introduced her to the audience, she played the role of a woman who weighed around 100 kg. Talking to Hindustan Times, Bhumi Pednekar opened up about battling body image issues and dealing with trolls who comment on her appearance. When asked about her fitness goals and overcoming body image struggles, the actress shared, “I feel that doesn’t ever go away. That’s because we’ve grown up in an environment where we were subjected to different kinds of comments. But you have to learn to love yourself, and that’s a process.”
