Anurag Singh’s Border 2 was released in theatres today. The film is a sequel to the popular 1997 war drama and brings back a strong wave of nostalgia. In a poignant moment, he recalls the soldiers who were martyred in the 1971 war, along with his comrades from Border—Suniel Shetty, Akshaye Khanna, and Jackie Shroff—who appear as figments of his imagination inside the Gurudwara. The scene struck an emotional chord, triggering a wave of nostalgia among fans.
