Aditi Rao Hydari and Siddharth confirmed their engagement on Instagram back in March. Aditi spilled the beans in a recent interview, revealing that their intimate engagement happened at her family's ancient temple, which is around 400 years old.

In an interview with Bollywood Bubble, <a href="https://www.mid-day.com/entertainment/bollywood-news/article/aditi-rao-hydari-everybody-told-me-i-was-too-soft-naive-23281887" target="_blank" rel="none noopener">Aditi Rao Hydari</a> mentioned, &ldquo;I wanted to mark our beginning at a temple of my family which is 400 years old. I wanted to go there and do puja and we had a little engagement. There were so many rumours going around, so to clarify them we decided to put up this photo on Instagram because my mom told me, &lsquo;Please logo ko bata do, call aarahe hai nonstop (Please tell people, I am receiving calls nonstop).&rsquo; So, it was &ndash; &lsquo;She said yes, he said yes.'&rdquo;
When they announced their engagement, the actors posted a photo flaunting their engagement rings. She mentioned in the caption, &ldquo;He said yes! ❤️ E. N. G. A. G. E. D. ?&rdquo;&nbsp;
Siddharth shared the same picture and penned, &ldquo;She Said YES! ❤️ E. N. G. A. G. E. D ?&rdquo;. Aditi also let slip during the chat that the photo was taken at her place.

Aditi will be seen in 'Gandhi Talks,' a silent film co-starring Vijay Sethupathi and Siddharth Jhadav. She is also all set to star in the Indo-U.K co-production 'Lioness'. The film, inspired by the research of Peter Bance, the historian who discovered the story of Princess Sophia Duleep, is the story of two British Punjabi women living in the UK, a century apart.&nbsp;
She also has Sanjay Leela Bhansali's web series 'Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar'. &nbsp;Set against the backdrop of the Indian freedom struggle of the 1940s, the show promises to be an epic saga of love, power, revenge, and freedom. Through the stories of courtesans and their patrons, the series delves deep into the cultural reality of Heeramandi, offering a compelling narrative that is sure to enthral audiences worldwide.
