In an exclusive chat with Mid-day, the actor recalled how he shot one of the most important scenes in the film with a swollen face due to a severe allergy. He even expressed gratitude to Anurag Basu and Tani Basu for being extremely supportive and boosting him to do his best in the film.

It was just before one of the most important shots of my character in that arc. It was the most important scene, but right before shooting it, a day prior, I was unaware that I was allergic to moringa. And we were shooting in Kolkata. I was having my lunch normally, and then my body started reacting weirdly, and I called Tani ma`am, Anurag Basu`s wife. She came rushing to take me to the hospital. I was immediately treated with the medication, but my face and everything was swollen up. The problem was that yes, all of them were concerned, and I was feeling bad that such opportunities come rarely and there is such a big scene.
