Shah Rukh Khan gets a new padosi

Superstar Aamir Khan has reportedly leased four sea-facing flats in Bandra West. He will apparently be paying a combined monthly rent of R24.5 lakh. He will be staying in the new rented apartment with his family.  Sources suggest that the likely reason for the move is the upcoming redevelopment of the housing society where Aamir currently resides. The flats are located in a high end apartment in Pali Hill, very close to Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat, which too is undergoing renovation. 

Rising market value for the rising stars

Following the massive success of Saiyaara, debutants Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda are reportedly revising their market value. Reports suggest that both the actors were initially paid between Rs 15–20 lakh for the Yash Raj-backed romantic drama, but that figure is expected to rise significantly as new projects come their way. The buzz is that both actors are flooded with offers, and they are already in the early stages of negotiations. Their quoting fees are now in the range of R35–50 lakh. Saiyaara has grossed approximately Rs 500 crore globally, cementing its leads as rising stars.
