Rajkummar Rao is the latest actor to foray into production. The actor is reportedly teaming up with Netflix for his maiden venture, a crime comedy titled Toaster. He will also play the protagonist, and has roped in Sonakshi Sinha as the leading lady. While details like the director, cast and plot are being closely guarded, sources claim that shooting will begin later this year. In the interim, Raj will complete director Karan Sharma’s Bhul Chuk Maaf with Wamiqa Gabbi, and producer Jay Shewakramani’s yet-untitled thriller. For now, he has Mr & Mrs Mahi, Stree 2 and Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video lined up for release. Sonakshi, last seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar, has the horror comedy Kakuda, and brother Kussh Sinha’s Nikita Roy and The Book of Darkness, with Arjun Rampal and Paresh Rawal.
