Superstar Aamir Khan’s daughter Ira Khan recently shared a candid and deeply personal reflection on body image and weight, on social media. In a video uploaded to Instagram, she admitted she once confused being “fat” with being “unfit”, revealing that she avoided mirrors and “didn’t really know what I looked like”. Recalling a particularly difficult phase, she said Aamir stood by her during a medically supervised fasting retreat in Germany, where she felt “helpless” and emotionally drained.
