Veteran actor Ratna Pathak Shah officially joined Instagram, announcing her verified account through a video post on Friday, November 7. “After holding out for nearly two decades, I have decided to take the plunge and here I am on Instagram,” she said, clarifying that this is her only official account. The actor revealed that her decision came after discovering a fake account operating in her name. “It seems that somebody has misused this account to approach people, take money and products from them. And that’s just not on,” she stated. Urging fans to stay cautious, the actor added, “This scamster has to be stopped. Please look out for this kind of a scam, report it, and follow me if you have to.”
