Hrithik Roshan continues to help out; donates face masks to an NGO

Hrithik Roshan, who was last seen in War, opposite Tiger Shroff, has been quiet about his deeds. The actor, known to have a big heart and is quietly extending help amid the pandemic.


Hrithik Roshan quietly continues with his virus-relief measures. Now, the star has donated face masks to the NGO, I Love Mumbai Foundation, which will be distributed to frontline COVID-19 warriors, including sanitation workers, medical personnel and the underprivileged. Duggu has been constantly monitoring the situation and reaching out to the needy.


Earlier, for the uninitiated, the actor also donated Rs 20 lakh to the Cine and TV Artistes’ Association (CINTAA) to help those hit hard by the second wave of the virus. The association will utilise the donation to provide ration kits and for the vaccination of members.


Last month, he donated $ 15,000 to a fundraiser with Hollywood icons for Covid-19 relief in the country. Twinkle Khanna had given a shout-out to her Juhu neighbour on social media where the popular writer appreciated his efforts for contributing towards virus-relief measures.

On the work front, the superstar will be reuniting with War director Siddharth Anand for Fighter with Deepika Padukone. Hrithik has also been roped in as the lead for the Indian adaptation of the popular English series The Night Manager, where the actor will essay an Indian version of the Jonathan Pine character, essayed by Tom Hiddleston in the original 2016 limited series based on the 1993 novel by John Le Carre.

The Indian adaptation will start shooting in Mumbai in April.
