The ongoing legal feud between Karisma Kapoor's kids and Priya Kapur over the late industrialist Sunjay Kapur was seen turning fiery at the Delhi High Court on Tuesday, after Senior Advocate Mahesh Jethmalani launched an explosive attack on Priya. Sunjay and Karisma's kids have filed a plea in court stating that his widow had forged his will and excluded them from being beneficiaries of his assets and inheritance.
Appearing before Justice Jyoti Singh, Jethmalani said, “The lady is an acute gambler, good luck to her," while arguing on behalf of actor Karisma Kapoor’s children, Samaira and Kiaan Raj, who have questioned the will’s validity. Jethmalani informed the court that the document in question could not have been prepared, read, or approved by Sunjay Kapur, given what he described as “serious infirmities" in the drafting and execution of the will.
