This move sparked a huge debate, with several filmmakers and actors sharing their opinions on work-life balance. Joining the bandwagon is new mom Kiara Advani, who swears by three mantras in her life.
In an interview with Vogue, Kiara opened up about the ongoing debate surrounding the idea of an eight-hour workday in the film industry. When asked about it, she opined, “Burnout helps no one in any industry.” She also spoke about the ‘three-word mantra’ that she uses at work and at home with those she works with: “Dignity. Balance. Respect.” When asked about her cure for mental exhaustion, Kiara shared that it was the “sound of Saraayah giggling in her sleep.”
