Pooja Bedi on mom Protima Gauri's death: 'Have so many regrets'

Pooja Bedi reflected on the untimely death of her mother, Protima Gauri before the age of 50. She claims that she wanted to die out in nature and live life on her terms. She also reveals how her mortal remains were never found

Kabir Bedi has always been in the news for his marital life. He first married celebrated model-turned-dancer Protima Gauri with whom he had 2 kids- Pooja and Siddhartha. The couple parted ways in 1977 but continued to co-parent their kids. In a recent interview, Pooja opened up about her mother’s demise and shared that her dead body was not found. She also recalls her last letter and remembers how she wanted to be one with nature.

In an interview with Screen, she said, “There are so many regrets about her leaving the planet before she even turned 50. There is so much that I wish I had done with her. But she was a woman who lived life on her terms. She lived the way she wanted, and she literally died the way she wanted. She always said she wanted to die out in nature and, you know, be one with nature."
