With the trend of sequels being received well by the audience, Ajay Devgn`s Raid 2 has joined the list and is already becoming one of the most loved films. It has been just two days since the movie released in theatres, and the box office numbers of the Riteish Deshmukh and Ajay Devgn starrer are already speaking volumes. After a thunderous opening on Day 1 with a Rs 19.25 crore collection, it minted about Rs 11.50 crore on Day 2.
According to a Sacnilk report, the movie has managed to earn a total of over Rs 31 crore in just two days of its release. While it was expected that the movie`s collection would witness a dip on Day 2 considering it was a working day, the evening shows made up for the deficit. With strong word of mouth, the movie saw an increase in overall Hindi occupancy, reaching 19.23% on Day 2, and ticket sales are expected to rise further over the weekend.
