Amid the ground-breaking success of Dhurandhar, there is good news for the film as it has now been declared tax-free in Ladakh. The film is helmed by Aditya Dhar and stars an ensemble cast of Ranveer Singh, R Madhavan, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, Sara Arjun, among others.
On Friday, the Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, Kavinder Gupta, took to his X (formerly Twitter) account on Friday, and shared the update regarding the film, declaring it tax-free in the region. The decision was made to boost tourism since the film showcases the landscape. The Lieutenant Governor also stated that the administration is currently working on a new film policy while assuring full support to production houses that choose Ladakh as a filming location.
