Barring an extended cameo in Singham Again (2024), Ranveer Singh has been missing from the big screen after Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani (2023). That’s going to change soon, with the superstar almost ready with his next, Dhurandhar. While the teaser of director Aditya Dhar’s ambitious espionage thriller will be unveiled on July 6, we’ve heard that the leading man recently filmed a song at the Golden Tobacco Factory in Vile Parle.

Word is that the track, a fusion of desi street beats and swagger, will be positioned as one of the visual highlights of Dhurandhar that also stars R Madhavan, Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna, and Arjun Rampal. The song has been choreographed by Vijay Ganguly. A source from the production team reveals, “It’s a high-energy dance number. Ranveer was in top form as he rehearsed for many days before shooting at the studio over four days. Aditya mounted the track on a big scale with massive set pieces, numerous background dancers, and wrapped it up on Monday, June 30. Onlookers who caught a glimpse described Ranveer’s look in the song as fierce.”
