There’s no stopping now

Farhan Akhtar’s Don 3, starring Ranveer Singh, is set to begin filming in September. A report suggests that Farhan is wrapping up 120 Bahadur, while Ranveer has finished shooting a major portion of Aditya Dhar’s Dhurandar, and has started prepping for Don 3. Vikrant Massey, who apparently plays the antagonist, will join Ranveer in the first schedule. The buzz is that the film will be high on action and feature stylised action sequences, including bike chases, between Ranveer and Vikrant. This marks their reunion on screen since Dil Dhadakne Do (2015). mid-day had reported that after Kiara Advani walked out of the project, Sharvari was being considered for the female lead (Don finds a new Roma?, April 9). However the buzz is that Kriti Sanon is back in the race for this film.
