Actor–producer Saqib Saleem took to his social media handles to share the trailer of the upcoming film Single Salma. The film stars Huma Qureshi, Shreyas Talpade, and Sunny Singh in prominent roles. Saqib, who has produced the film introduced the premise with a thought-provoking note that challenges society’s obsession with marriage.

Along with the trailer of the film, Saqib wrote, "Shaadi. The full stop society keeps putting at the end of every woman’s sentence. Like if you’re not married, toh story adhuri hai. If you are, toh happily ever after likh diya jaata hai. But what if life isn’t a checklist of pheras/nikah and photo albums? What if ek ladki like Salma wants to write her own ending… ya maybe not end it at all? That’s the heart of Single Salma.
