If sources are to be believed, the recently released trailer of Ekta Kapoor's 'Kyaa Kool Hain Hum 3', which is abundantly laced with adult humour, has got Sooraj Barjatya's goat. The filmmaker, who is known for his brand of clean family entertainers, is said to be upset over his name being used in the sex comedy. Sources close to him say he is planning to take legal action against the makers.

Says a source, "After the trailer released, one of Barjatya's assistant directors informed him about references being made to him and asked him to watch it. He is upset that his name has been used without permission."
