Thamma: Ayushmann Khurrana reacts to fans calling him MHCU’s Captain America

Ayushmann Khurrana hosted an AM session where he indulged in fun chat with his fans. When fans dubbed him as Captain America of Maddock`s universe, he reacted to it stating Thamma is unique in its own way and does not need outside validation

Ayushmann Khurrana is currently basking in the success of his recently released film Thamma, as he delivered his career’s biggest opening with this film. Elated by the overwhelming response, he hosted a fun Ask me Anything (AMA) session. One fan dubbed him the ‘Captain America’ of MHCU, to which Ayushmann politely responded that comparisons to Western superheroes are not necessary.

During the AMA session, one fan asked Ayushmann Khurrana: “How do you feel being the Captain America of MHCU?" The Thamma star replied, “Mat kar lala. Nahi chahiye hume bahar ki validation (Don’t do this, we don’t need the outside validation). No comparison, this is our desi universe. So Thamma is Thamma."
