Mrunal Thakur joins mid-day.com’s special series ‘Flashback with the Stars,’ as the guest on our second episode. 
The actress opens up about how she likes to spend time prepping for each role she takes up and adding subtle nuances, that makes the character stand out. Speaking about the prep for her next, ‘Jersey’ with Shahid Kapoor she says, “I have a friend who lives in Chandigarh. So I would ask her, ‘Mallika please send your mom and dad’s photos from the ‘80s and ‘90s.’  She used to send me their photos and it was so lovely to see them in that hair and the body language was so different. Now couples hug and hold hands, but at that time whenever they clicked pictures there was a certain distance even between a couple, which is quite interesting.
