Mumbai: National Award winning actress Vidya Balan, who has delivered power-packed performances in films like "The Dirty Picture" and "Kahaani", says she's glad she has received offers to feature in several women-oriented projects out of the few that Bollywood makes.

"It's the era...writers are writing interesting scripts for the female actors and people are ready to invest in them. But still, 95 percent of the films are a stereotypical representation of women, and (I would say) 5 percent of (different women-oriented films) are being made.
